what is the studio address?

where do i park?
There is ample street parking or you can park in CVS lot across the street.
are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at the studio. Renter agrees not to bring pets, or allows clients to bring pets into the studio unless specific permission granted by Rachel Rowland.
how do i gain access to the studio after booking?
Studio Row is keyless with an access code provided to the renter 24 hours prior to start time.
Can I use the props, lights, modifiers and furniture?
Everything in Studio Row is yours to use, we just ask that you treat everything with respect and return/clean everything at the end of your rental.
what is the Cancellation/refund policy?
No refunds, time can be rescheduled within 60 days of original booking.
Does the studio only allow photographers?
No, the studio is open for any and all creatives and for events such as floral workshops, team trainings, therapist appointments, small gatherings.
