Renter agrees they’re the only one renting the studio during their time. You can’t charge another photographer to use the space while you have it booked. Please don’t share the door code with anyone, including clients. You should be the first one in and the last one out during your rental.
You’re responsible for anyone you bring into the studio. Don’t leave clients unattended. Keep things professional at all times. No dangerous, illegal, negligent, or pornographic activities are allowed.
You agree and understand that the props are subject to change at any time. You’re using StudioRow and all equipment and furnishings at your own risk. You’re responsible for any damage to the studio, props, or gear caused by you or your clients during your rental. By booking, you agree that Rachel Rowland Photography LLC and StudioRow aren’t liable for any injuries or damages. Any damage to the space or its contents may be charged to you, even if you’re not notified right away.
Please have yourself and your models remove shoes, or at the very least clean the bottoms before stepping onto the cyc wall (no shoes is strongly preferred). Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be your responsibility.
Keep all models and children off the curved part of the wall—putting weight there can damage it. Before you leave, wipe up any scuff marks on the floor using the provided magic erasers so it’s ready for the next renter.
There’s a $200 fee for any damage to the cyc wall during your rental.
Climate is controlled via air conditioner (heat and cooling) in the storage area. Renter is responsible for controlling their climate during their rental period. Renter is expected to turn off machine and lights before exiting.
Payments are made in full and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, requests can be made at studio owners discretion. If approved, reschedules have to be made within 60 days of the original rental period.
You are expected to leave the studio in great shape. Please don’t use smoke bombs, glitter, paint, or anything that could damage the space or props. Confetti is okay (just not glitter), but make sure it’s fully cleaned up afterward. Cake smashes are allowed but they MUST be done with the additional add on of the paper roll. If the studio is left messy or dirty, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Be sure to throw away any food and crumbs, and if the trash is full, take it out to the dumpster in the parking lot.
